In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-1623 dated October 4, 2011 “On the Program of Preliminary Measures to Expand the Volume of Production and Development of New Types of Competitive Products” and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-1855 dated November 21, 2012 “On the Investment Program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013”, Kwangjin Autosystems LLC was established with the participation of foreign investments on September 19, 2012 in Tashkent (on the territory of the former TAPOVICH State Joint Stock Company).

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 28, 2022 No. PQ-335 “On measures to further accelerate the creation of an agricultural machinery cluster in the city of Chirchik”, it is planned to relocate Kwangjin Autosystems LLC to the Andijan Regional Machine-Building and Electrical Industry Hub (Industrial Hub). Currently, in order to ensure the implementation of this resolution, work has been carried out to relocate all material and technical means belonging to the company from Tashkent to the territory of the “Specialized Machine-Building and Electrical Industry Center” in the Andijan district of the Andijan region. The founders of the organization are Uzavtosanoat JSC (Uzbekistan) – 50% and Kwangjin Machine Co., Ltd (South Korea) – 50%. Since 2014, Kwangjin Autosystems LLC has been producing about forty mechanical and electric window regulators for Matiz, Spark, Nexia, Cobalt and Damas cars manufactured by GM Uzbekistan JSC. The production of products at the enterprise complies with the requirements of the international automotive standard ISO/TS 16949:2011. Today, the enterprise employs more than 117 workers and employees. The total area of ​​the enterprise is 1.2 hectares. The annual production capacity of the enterprise is designed to produce 550,000 sets (1.9 million units) of window regulators for cars.
